Joanne Jensen has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Their most recent role was Corporate Director of HR & Compliance at Sethi Management, Inc. in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hotel Equities from 2021 to 2023. Joanne also spent a significant amount of time at Sethi Management, Inc. where they served as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll from 2011 to 2021. Before joining Sethi Management, Inc., they held the position of Human Resources/Payroll Director at All American Property Management, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Joanne started their career at AMISTAR CORPORATION in 1983 as a Human Resources/Payroll Manager, where they contributed to various aspects of HR management, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee orientation. Joanne remained at AMISTAR CORPORATION until 2008. Additionally, Joanne worked as a Benefits Manager at GARDEN FRESH RESTAURANT CORPORATION in 2008, focusing on implementing new benefits plans and starting a wellness program.
