ExCo Member - Head of Delivery at SETL

Paul Martin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Paul is currently an ExCo Member and Head of Delivery at SETL since May 2022. Prior to this, from January 2021 to August 2022, Paul served as the Head of Delivery (+ Business Transformation) at SETL. Paul was also the Head of Technical Delivery at SETL from January 2018 to December 2020. Before joining SETL, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at SETL from December 2016 to January 2018.

Before their tenure at SETL, Paul founded and served as a Director at a Property Developer company from September 2014 to December 2016.

Earlier in their career, they held roles at Citi from January 2010 to September 2014, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager. Paul also worked in the Fixed Income Derivatives - Trading Desk Control Group at Citi from May 2007 to December 2009.

Paul has previous experience at UBS as an OTC FI Derivative Specialist - Team Leader from September 2005 to May 2007, and as an OTC FI Derivatives Analyst from September 2004 to September 2005.

Paul began their professional journey in the British Army, serving in the Territorial Army - Infantry from October 2000 to September 2004.

Paul Martin's education history begins in 2001 when they attended the University of East Anglia. Paul pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and completed their studies in 2003. Following this, Paul Martin continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Finance, graduating in 2004. In 2020, they briefly attended the Cambridge Judge Business School, where they focused on Leading Strategic Projects, although no degree was specified during this period.
