Sune Kjeldsen

Vice President of Business Development, Asia Pacific at Setna iO

Sune Kjeldsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sune began their career in 1994 as a Trainee at Ole Wolff Group before progressing to Sales Executive and eventually Regional Sales Manager in Asia. Sune then worked at Cisco Systems as an Account Manager, where they managed medium/large enterprise accounts and led a team. Following that, they joined Danionics as a Regional Sales Manager in Asia, working with global clients such as Apple and Samsung. Sune then transitioned to a role at The Trade Council of Denmark, where they served as a Trade Commissioner and later as a Director, offering consultancy services to Danish companies. From 2015 to 2020, Sune worked at LEKI Aviation as a Sales Director and Director of Business Development, responsible for consumable, expendable, and rotable spares sales in the Asia Pacific market. In 2020, they moved to Proponent as the Vice President of Sales for the APAC region, focusing on growing existing and developing new airline and MRO accounts. Currently, Sune is the Vice President of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region at Setna iO, a global aftermarket aircraft part supplier.

Sune Kjeldsen completed their education at various institutions. Sune obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School in 2004. Additionally, they participated in executive education programs at INSEAD, where they focused on the Asia International Executive Program. Sune also pursued executive education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, specializing in Advanced Negotiations, Outsourcing Management, and Product Innovation. Furthermore, they completed an executive education program in Strategic Management at the National University of Singapore. Prior to these achievements, Sune attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics & Administration from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
