Alex Kautza is an experienced educator and consultant with a background in talent development and instructional coaching. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Creighton University and a Talent & Development Manager at Seton Catholic Schools, Alex also co-founded LiberatED Consulting, LLC, which focuses on culturally responsive leadership and racial justice. Previous roles include Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America and High School Science Teacher and Varsity Football Coach at Williamsburg County School District. Alex holds a degree in Economics, Spanish, Pre-medicine, and Social Entrepreneurship from Winona State University.
