Caitlin Martin is a seasoned professional in human resources and education, currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Seton Catholic Schools since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing performance management and ensuring regulatory compliance in employee matters. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Human Resources Generalist, managing onboarding and payroll processes, and served as an English Teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools, focusing on grades 6-8. With a solid foundation in education, Caitlin was also a Student Teacher at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional and Executive Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Writing from Calvin University and a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
