Tess Lane

Tess Lane has a range of work experience that spans various roles and organizations. Tess began their career at St. Josephs Catholic Lower School as a Middle School Teacher from 2012 to 2014. Tess then moved on to Sacred Heart Schools Louisville, where they served as both a Psychology Teacher and Theology Teacher from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, Tess became the Recruitment Manager at Brilla College Preparatory Charter School for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Seton Education Partners as the Director of Seton Teaching Fellows until 2017, after which they were promoted to the role of Director of Talent & Recruitment until 2021. Tess then became the National Director of Talent & Recruitment at Seton Education Partners from 2021 to 2023. Since 2018, they have also been a Fellow at Leonine Forum. Tess's most recent position is as the Chief of Seton Teaching Fellows at Seton Education Partners, a role they started in July 2023.

Tess Lane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & History from Centre College from 2008 to 2012. Tess later pursued further education and completed a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Portland, studying from 2012 to 2014.
