Michael Hensler is a Process Engineer at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since May 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating monthly continuous improvement meetings and ensuring compliance with NADCAP requirements, successfully leading recertifications in 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Michael serves as a Boys Club Volleyball Coach at Exile Volleyball Club, guiding the 18s team to qualify for the USA division at junior nationals in 2019, and holds positions as an Assistant Coach for both Boys Volleyball at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School, which achieved runner-up status in the WPIAL AA during the 2018-2019 season, and Girls Volleyball at Quaker Valley School District. Previous coaching experience includes a notable role with Montour School District, leading the team to state playoffs for the first time in seven years. Michael also has a background in tutoring student athletes at the University of Pittsburgh, conducting undergraduate research, and completing a process engineering internship. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Seton LaSalle Catholic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Mt. Lebanon, a suburb of Pittsburgh. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh. Seton LaSalle has been ranked among the top 50 Catholic high schools in the U.S. The required courses at Seton LaSalle build upon state-mandated courses. Instruction is provided to students in three tracks: Honors, Academic and General. Also, over ten AP courses are offered. The grading system at Seton LaSalle is similar to some other high schools (especially Catholic high schools) in that an 'A' is rewarded for work that receives a 92.5% through 100%. Also, Seton LaSalle is fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
