Maryia Halias

Maryia Halias has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2009 to 2011 they worked as a Logistics Manager for Mostra-group ALP. In 2011 they took on a role as a Senior Process Engineer for Belarusian State Technological University, and then moved to Belgips Corporation where they worked as a Production Engineer until 2013. In 2013 they began working as a Specialist of Purchasing Department for TTC Progress LLC, and in 2017 they began their own freelance business as a UI/UX Designer. In 2018 they began working for Setplex, first as a Product Manager and then as a Product Owner and Business Analyst. In the same year they also began working as a Business Analyst for BLD Soft.

Maryia Halias has a Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design from IT Academy (2017), a Bachelor's degree in Chemical technology of binding materials and products based on them (chemical-engineer-technologist) from Belorussian State Technological University (2006-2011), and a Certificate in Interpreter of technical literature (English) from Belorussian State Technological University (2006-2010). Maryia also has additional certifications, including an EF SET Certificate from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) (2021), an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Ownership from ICAgile (2020), a Driving License in Category B (2010), and a UI/UX Specialist from IT Academy.
