Pavel Palaznik

Pavel Palaznik has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Pavel began as a NOC Engineer at А Беларусь, where they were responsible for monitoring, operation, and engineering. Pavel then became a QC Systems Planning Engineer, focusing on quality controls, analytics, and project management. Finally, they were promoted to Head of IT Project Management Group, managing IT, BSS, and project management. In 2020, they joined Setplex as a Project Manager/Team Lead, where they are responsible for R&D, project management, and product management.

Pavel Palaznik obtained their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 2008 and 2013. Pavel then attended A1 TAG Business School between 2017 and 2018, graduating with a Graduate degree in the Group Young Potentials Program. Pavel has also obtained several certifications, including Agile Scrum Master from Udemy in July 2020, Kanban Systems Design from Kanban University in March 2018, ICP-APM from ICAgile in January 2018, ICP-PPM from ICAgile in January 2018, and ICP from ICAgile in December 2017.
