Nnamdi Okike

Nnamdi Okike is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at 645 Ventures, an early-stage investment firm managing over $550M in assets, focused on leading Seed and Series A rounds for software companies. Okike serves on the boards of multiple organizations, including Setpoint, which aims to innovate fintech processes; Shift5, a cybersecurity firm specializing in transportation infrastructure; and Apty, a Digital Adoption Platform. Additional board roles include involvement with the National Venture Capital Association and RentSpree, among others. Nnamdi Okike holds an MBA and a Juris Doctor from Harvard institutions and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Harvard University.
