Keith C. Smith

Keith C. Smith is a partner at Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger, LLP since September 2020 and has maintained a partnership at Smith, Shellenberger & Salazar Law Office since 2004. With extensive experience as a trial attorney, Keith specializes in civil matters such as contracts, family law, and business relations, as well as criminal defense for misdemeanors in state, tribal, and federal courts. Additionally, Keith served as an adjunct professor at Sturm College of Law, University of Denver, teaching courses in Federal Indian Law, Family Law, and Contracts from 2001 to 2004. Keith holds a Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder (1988-1993).
