Lisa R. Shellenberger

Lisa Shellenberger is a seasoned attorney and managing partner at Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger, where expertise encompasses family law, dependency and neglect matters, and federal Indian or tribal law. Since March 2013, Lisa has provided comprehensive representation in various family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and jurisdictional disputes involving state and tribal courts. Prior experiences include serving as an associate attorney at Smith, Shelton, Ragona & Salazar, LLC, a law clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court, and a student attorney in the American Indian Law Clinic, where Lisa focused on Indian Child Welfare Act cases. Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado and a degree in Public Communication from Truman State University.
