Amanda Surridge has a vast experience in customer experience and management roles, having worked at settle as Assistant Director of Customer Experience and Head of Quality Assurance. Prior to settle, Amanda held positions at LV= as Head of Customer Experience and Customer Services Manager, and at GE as a Customer Service Manager.
