Oleh Kharchev 🇺🇦

Oleh Kharchev has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Oleh began their career in 2009 as a Customer Support Agent at Adelina Call Center. From there, they moved on to work as a SAP FI Specialist at PJSC "Concern Galnaftogaz" where they were responsible for analyzing and formalizing company business processes and requirements. Oleh also provided technical solutions and implemented solutions in the SAP FI module.

In 2013, Oleh joined Nestle GLOBE Center Europe as a Junior Business Solutions Analyst, specifically focusing on SAP HR. Oleh worked on problem investigation, technical solution suggestion, and implementation, as well as solution design and prototyping.

In 2014, they transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst at ELEKS Software, where they continued their work on analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.

In 2017, they joined Sperse as a Product Manager and Team Lead, overseeing the development and management of various products.

In 2022, they became a Volunteer at KOLO, an NGO that gathers donations to support Ukrainian warriors. As a volunteer, they played a vital role in supporting the organization's mission.

Most recently, in 2022, they started working as a Program Manager at Settle, where they are responsible for managing various programs and ensuring their successful implementation.

Oleh Kharchev obtained their Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the L'viv Institute of Banking of University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine. Oleh completed this degree from 2006 to 2012.
