Praveen B began their work experience in 2006 as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant at SAP. Praveen then moved on to roles at American Express, where they served as a Product Manager and CRM Product Manager. Following this, they worked at Apple as a Program Manager-Global Business Intelligence. Prior to their current role as Chief Customer Officer at SettleMint, Praveen was a Vice President at Skit.ai and worked at UiPath, where they played a key role in customer success and strategic accounts management. Additionally, they also had experience as an Entrepreneur, investing and advising companies on scalable data solutions in the Bay Area.

Praveen B holds a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. Praveen also completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
