Linsay Baverstock

Linsay Baverstock serves as the Head of People Experience at SettleParadigm since December 2025, leading culture and engagement initiatives to enhance the colleague experience within a complex organization. Linsay is also a voluntary member of the CIH Professional Standards Committee, advocating for service excellence in housing. Previously, Linsay held multiple leadership roles at Settle, focusing on aligning workforce and community engagement strategies with long-term organizational goals. Earlier experiences include HR roles at Roadchef and wilko, where Linsay managed diverse HR functions and drove talent management strategies.
