Nicola Ewen

Nicola Ewen is the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at SettleParadigm, where they lead financial strategy and project management initiatives. With extensive experience as a proactive Financial Controller and Project Manager, they previously managed a significant stock rationalization project and provided financial business partnering services for key divisions, overseeing turnover exceeding £120 million. Nicola held various roles in finance leadership, including Executive Director of Finance at Paradigm Housing Group and Director of Financial Services at Notting Hill Genesis. Additionally, they have served on several boards, including as Vice Chairman at Rockingham Forest Housing Association. Nicola is currently pursuing ACCA credentials in Accounting and Finance.
