Sheila Pattnosh

Sheila Pattnosh is a seasoned title insurance professional with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Customer Success Director at Settlor, Sheila develops and implements strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction while mentoring a team of success managers. Previously, Sheila held leadership roles including Branch Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Foundation Title, LLC. Sheila has also worked as Closing Manager and Closing Agent at Land Title, where they played a key role in supervising and training staff, managing profit and loss, and coordinating closings for various transactions. Sheila holds a Paralegal Certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at Colorado Mesa University.
