Nnamdi Melie has a diverse education history. In 1983, they attended St. Augustines College in Kent, England, where they completed their high school education with a focus on "A" Levels in Geography, Economics, and English. From 1986 to 1991, Nnamdi pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Insurance at the University of Lagos. Nnamdi then continued their education at the IESE Business School from 2001 to 2002, earning an MBA with a specialization in business and finance. In 2015, Nnamdi attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for Executive Education in High Performance Leadership. Nnamdi also pursued Executive Education in Advanced Strategy at the same institution in 2018.
