At Vista Outdoor Inc., they served as the Category Director for Bell Sports' bicycle accessory business from August 2016 to July 2019. In this role, they successfully launched the Bike Party novelty light brand, exceeding the year one goal and securing placements in key retailers such as Target, Fred Meyer, Amazon, and Walmart.com.

During their tenure at BRG Sports, Jay Fill held multiple roles, including Category Manager from January 2012 to July 2016, where they managed all product marketing efforts for Bell's bicycle accessory business. Jay achieved a 7% growth in total category revenue by leveraging consumer insights and innovation. Additionally, they served as a Senior Product Manager from June 2005 to September 2012, driving growth and managing categories across multiple divisions of Easton-Bell Sports.
