Martin Hoyes is the Co-Founder of Seva Exchange, a company that connects volunteers to people in need and improves volunteer retention within organizations. Martin has over 21 years of experience in HR and benefits technology, advising the next generation of HR Technology companies and cultivating the HR technology ecosystem. Prior to their current role, Hoyes worked as an HR & benefits platform architect, HCM cloud development Lead, HR enterprise transition architect, and Lead HRMS Application Architect at Oracle. In these roles, they were responsible for driving a more continuous deployment/delivery paradigm into current Ebusiness suite HRMS deployed customer and provider base, optimizing the higher volume/frequency enterprise transitions in between major ERP implementation projects. Hoyes has also sat on the monthly executive steering commitee of oracle's largest HRMS/HCM deployment for 8 years, defining future direction for the next annual cycle and major architecture projects three to five years out.

Martin Hoyes attended Leeds Metropolitan University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
