Abraham Roman

Abraham Roman has extensive experience in technology support and management, currently serving as a Senior Technology Specialist at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions since May 2018. In this role, Abraham supports senior members and various departments, including finance, operations, and legal, while also managing the inventory of company equipment. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Stericycle, where responsibilities included scheduling training programs and managing network outages, as well as providing user support and developing knowledge base standards. Earlier career positions at Aspect Software, United States Infrastructure Corp., Inc., and Dish Network involved helpdesk support, damage prevention, and fieldservice responsibilities. Abraham holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Westwood College-O'Hare Airport, obtained in 2013.
