Don Fotsch

Don Fotsch has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Don is currently the Operating Co-Founder at Greyscale AI, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder and COO at Greyscale AI from June 2020 to May 2022. In addition to their role at Greyscale AI, Don serves as an Investor and Operating Advisor to the CEO at Sevaro since May 2020 and as a member of the Growth Advisory Board at Quantum Metric since July 2020.

Before their current positions, Don held roles as an Angel Investor and Advisor at Ushur (AI powered Customer Journey Engagement) starting in April 2014 and at Optio3 Inc starting in September 2016. Don also served as a Digital and CX Advisor to the CEO at Evernorth from September 2020 to January 2022.

Don's previous experience includes serving as a Board Member at the Fotsch Family Foundation from July 2011 to March 2021, where they focused on supporting Engineering Scholarships and those in need. Don also worked at Express Scripts, where they held various advisory roles, including Digital and Analytics Advisor to the President of Express Scripts & Cigna Services from January 2019 to August 2020 and CX and Digital Advisor to the CEO from April 2017 to March 2019. Don also held executive roles at Express Scripts, including SVP Customer Experience & Home Delivery from July 2015 to April 2017 and VP Customer Experience & Home Delivery from January 2015 to July 2015.

Don's experience also extends to Peco-InspX, where they served as an Executive in Residence and CEO Technology Advisor from January 2019 to June 2020, providing coaching and support to the leadership team in the High Speed Imaging Inspection business. Prior to their role at Peco-InspX, Don was the VP of Customer Experience and Acting CIO at Sears Holdings Corporation from March 2011 to January 2015.

Don Fotsch holds an MBA in Change Management & Leadership from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to earning their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Marquette University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Don has also attained a certification in Continuous Product Design Foundations from Continuous Product Design Certified, which they obtained in March 2021.
