Roisin Daly

Roisin Daly is an experienced catering and events professional with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Catering at Seven Bridges Golf Club since August 2003, Roisin is responsible for all banquet sales and the meticulous planning of social events on-site. Prior to this role, Roisin held the same position at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club from July 2000 to July 2003, where event planning included weddings and social gatherings. Roisin’s experience also includes managing meetings and conventions at Wyndham Northwest and Chicago Hilton and Towers, focusing on corporate events and serving as a primary liaison for clients. Roisin holds a degree in Hospitality from Killybegs Catering College and another degree in Tourism from Munster Technological University.
