Sue Clevenger

Sue Clevenger has extensive experience in customer experience and services. Sue currently holds the position of VP of Customer Experience at Seven Corners, Inc. Sue is responsible for improving the overall customer experience and implementing programs to provide exceptional hospitality to members. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Experience, leading the successful initiative "Right Way to travel" at Seven Corners, Inc. Sue also worked as a Customer Experience Director at the same company, where they transformed the customer experience team and emphasized world-class experiences for customers.

Before joining Seven Corners, Inc., Sue worked as the VP of Customer Engagement at Aprimo from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they managed a technical support team and implemented customer experience practices throughout the company. Sue also implemented a state-of-the-art case management system.

From 2012 to 2016, Sue worked as the VP Global Customer Services at Teradata. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Technical Services at The Active Network from 2005 to 2012. In this role, they focused on aligning acquisition teams within Operations and improving the quality of service while reducing operational expenses.

Sue started their career at Conseco in 1997 and held multiple positions over the course of 9 years, including VP of Health call center, Six Sigma Black Belt, and AVP Customer Service Executive Operations. Sue was responsible for building strong teams and processes through leadership, training, and support. Sue managed teams as large as 400.

Sue Clevenger attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Merchandizing and Marketing.
