Tyler Davis

Tyler Davis is currently the Human Resources Manager at Seven Hills Anesthesia. Prior to this, they were with HORAN from September 2015 to March 2019 as the Human Resources & Training Manager. Tyler's responsibilities there included performance management, employee relations, on-boarding, and the creation and expansion of processes and initiatives that support internal development aligning with HORAN’s corporate strategy. Before that, they were with MediSync from December 2011 to August 2014 as a Human Resources Generalist where they were responsible for HR, Organizational Development, and Benefits Administration for the entire MediSync footprint in addition to the largest podiatry practice in the Tri-State area, Centers for Foot & Ankle Care. Tyler has also held positions as Human Resources Compliance with Belcan from June 2010 to December 2011 and as Senior Financial Assistant with Omni Financial from November 2007 to May 2010.

Tyler Davis completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration & Human Resources at Miami University.
