Michael Ricci currently serves as a Professor at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and is a Partner at Seven Letter, both positions held since early 2024. Additionally, Michael holds a position on the Countywide Parks and Recreation Advisory Board for Montgomery County Government and completed a fellowship at Georgetown University's Institute of Politics and Public Service earlier in 2023. From June 2022 to April 2023, Michael was a Board Member at the University of Maryland Medical System and served as Director of Communications for the State of Maryland from March 2019 to January 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, including Communications Director for House Speaker Paul Ryan and Deputy Communications Director for House Speaker John Boehner, as well as earlier positions at the National Republican Congressional Committee. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University from 1998 to 2002, after graduating from East Meadow High School in 1998.
