M.p.s. Roy Long

Roy Long, M.P.S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Voting Member of The Recording Academy since July 2023, Roy Long is also the Owner and CEO of RAL Productions, providing voice-over services since January 1991. In the broadcasting sector, Roy Long has been an On Air Personality for Seven Mountains Media since February 2018. Previously, Roy Long held positions such as Client Success Manager at MarchingOrder and Polaris Service Manager at Penn State University. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Wing and Pennsylvania Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, alongside a notable tenure at EnergyCAP, Inc. Roy Long's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Change, along with several degrees from Penn State University and an education from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
