Soo Beng Ang

Soo Beng Ang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, Soo Beng worked as a Financial Analyst at National Australia Bank. In 2005, they moved to ExxonMobil and held positions as an IT Project Planner and a Project/System Support Analyst, where they supervised work migration projects and implemented systems controls. In 2012, Soo Beng became the General Manager and Co-Owner of Hua Hin Stay, overseeing all aspects of the vacation rental company. They then served as the General Manager of Aircheck24.com and Cctvcheck24.com, managing the e-commerce company and implementing organizational improvements. In 2016, Soo Beng joined TMB Bank PCL as a Branch Transformation Specialist, collaborating with various functions to launch prototype initiatives. They later became the Chief Operating Officer of WebTVAsia, leading organizational restructuring for Thailand's largest YouTube Multi-Channel Network. From 2018 to 2020, Soo Beng worked as the Head of Product & Customer Experience at Gogoprint, focusing on enhancing the company's product portfolio and customer experience. In 2020, Soo Beng served as the Director of Product and Operations at Superfanz Pte Ltd, where they played a key role in the early stages of the startup. Currently, Soo Beng is the Vice President of Operations at Seven Peaks Software.

Soo Beng Ang attended the University of Melbourne from 1998 to 2001, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting & Finance. They also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems during the same time period. Prior to this, Soo Beng Ang completed their GCE A Levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics at Kolej Tuanku Jaafar from 1997 to 1998. They went on to pursue a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce at the University of Melbourne, but the start and end years are unavailable. Soo Beng Ang also earned additional certifications in Supply Chain Management Fundamentals, Managing Project Procurement, and Process Improvement Fundamentals from Lynda.com in 2016.
