Muhtaza Aziziya Syafiq

Muhtaza Aziziya Syafiq is a professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and research within various organizations. Currently serving as a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager at SEVEN Retail Group since December 2024, Muhtaza has also held leadership roles such as Vice Chairman at Yayasan Wahana Talenta Indonesia and Co-Founder & Board Advisor of the Asosiasi Peneliti Muda Indonesia. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Segari in change management, and quality control improvement at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Muhtaza's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya, supported by prestigious scholarships from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education as well as ConocoPhillips Indonesia. Additionally, Muhtaza has a strong background in research, having published findings on the modification of Indonesian natural rubber and completed an internship at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, alongside experience as a guest speaker at Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN.
