Riza Casem

Riza Casem is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and operations, currently serving as the Team Lead and IT Operations Specialist at Seven Seas Group since June 2012. Riza is responsible for developing and delivering customer service support while ensuring the IT Service team meets performance KPIs. Prior roles include IT Service Delivery Lead for APAC at Cubisol, where Riza managed daily IT operations and team performance while establishing solid end-user relations and implementing IT service strategies. Riza's career began at Aboitiz Jebsen Bulk Transport Corporation as an IT Engineer Level II, focusing on server and application administration. Riza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, completed in 2005.
