Heather Biddle Cheek

Heather Biddle Cheek has over 20 years of experience in human resources across various industries. In their current position as the Global SVP of Human Resources at Seven Seas Water, they are responsible for building HR strategy, defining the brand, talent attraction and retention, and driving cultural change. Prior to that, they worked as the Global VP of Human Resources at Lummus Corporation and Carter Intralogistics, where they helped restructure the organization after three acquisitions. Heather also served as the Corporate Head of Human Resources for North America and Brazil at Zeon Chemicals and ISCO Industries, overseeing HR functions globally. Additionally, they have prior experience as the HR Manager for Macy's South Retail stores and as the Retail Administration Office Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Heather also has a side family business in property management and remodeling.

Heather Biddle Cheek has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services/Human Resources from Bellarmine University. Heather also pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the same institution. Later, they earned a Masters of Human Resources Leadership (MHRL) from Sullivan University. Additionally, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in May 2016. Heather is a member of various HR-related organizations such as SuncoastHR, LSHRM, National SHRM, and Tampa SHRM.
