Johannes Plehn

Johannes Plehn is the Founder and Managing Director of Seven Senders GmbH since September 2014, where strategic leadership is provided in the logistics sector. Prior to this, Johannes served as the Chief Operating Officer at Wine in Black GmbH, overseeing critical operations including procurement and customer service. Academic training includes a PhD in Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain Management from ETH Zurich, where significant research and development contributions were made, such as a discrete-event simulation software project aimed at improving eco-efficiency in manufacturing processes. Previous industry experience includes internships at Porsche Consulting Group, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, and McLaren Group, focusing on logistics and operational efficiencies. Education also includes a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a brief study at Keio University.
