Tania Naumova has a wealth of experience in customer service and business development. Tania began their career in 2009 as an Inbound Call Center Agent at Kyivstar GSM. In this role, they answered incoming calls from customers, answered inquiries and questions, handled complaints, troubleshot problems and provided information, and assisted customers with their enquiries. In 2013, they joined Vodafone as a Call Center Representative, where they offered superior quality of service to Vodafone customers through handling inbound and outbound contacts in order to exceed their expectations and to assure their satisfaction. In 2015, they joined SEVEN® as Chief Business Development Officer, Sales Manager, and Lead Generator. In this role, they searched for opportunities utilizing subscribed to resources, internet search engines, registration with organizational bid lists, etc. Tania also continually researched and identified new lead generation resources and updates to refine existing resources' search engines. Tania also had a full understanding of project status, project timelines and market segment opportunities. Additionally, they were a Resource Manager.

Tania Naumova attended Lviv Professional College #20 from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Short-cycle tertiary education in the field of Computer Operator and Company Secretary.
