Charlie Skinner

Charlie Skinner is a seasoned professional in customer success and design, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at SEVENROOMS since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Customer Success Manager at Celtra, Enterprise Customer Success Manager and EMEA Lead at Redwood Software, and a variety of positions at Totaljobs Group, where responsibilities ranged from account management to digital design. Charlie’s career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Arrows Group Global and included a role as a Junior Graphic Designer at EXTREME. Early experience as a Ski Instructor at Weisse Arena Gruppe laid the foundation for diverse skill development. Charlie holds a BSc (Hons) in Product Design from the University of Sussex, complemented by a summer program in Project Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
