James Johnson

James Johnson is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at SevenRooms since August 2022, James has previously held roles including Business Development Manager and General Manager at Black Sheep Restaurants, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and team development. As a founding member of Hatchery Incubator, James contributed to the success of over 10 food concepts in China. Prior experience includes an Account Executive role at Smithfield Consultants, where James supported corporate communications for various clients, as well as leadership positions at LSE Tennis Club. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography with Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
