Dona Sandu

Dona Sandu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dona started their career as a Scrum Master at Elektrobit (EB) - Automotive, where they served from November 2013 to May 2015. Dona then worked as an Agile Master at AVL for a few months in 2015.

In 2015, Dona joined the European Space Agency as a Young Graduate Trainee, contributing to the maintenance of the Avionics Test Bench and helping the agency adopt agile methodologies. Dona worked there until September 2017.

From November 2017 to April 2019, Dona was a Software Verification Engineer at jember GmbH. Later, they joined Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. as an Assembly, Integration, and Test Manager in May 2019. Dona held this role until September 2022.

Currently, Dona Sandu is working at Sevensense Robotics as the Robotics Systems Team Lead, starting from November 2022.

Dona Sandu started their education in 1996 at Johannes Honterus High School, where they obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Sciences in 2007. Following that, they attended Horizon High School from 2007 to 2008, where they graduated and obtained a Graduation Diploma. In 2008, Dona attended the University of Stuttgart for Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. However, it is not specified if they obtained a degree from this institution. From 2009 to 2013, Dona pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering at the University of Oxford. Additionally, Dona has a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, although the details of when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
