Jim Kyles has extensive experience in the environmental services industry. Jim is currently the Director of Strategic Planning & Growth at Sevenson Environmental Services Inc., where they focus on developing growth strategies. Prior to this, they worked at AECOM as the Senior Vice President, overseeing business and client development in the industrial, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals markets. Jim also held the position of Senior Vice President, Regional Business Line Leader, Environment at AECOM. Before joining AECOM, Jim was the Senior Vice President at O'Brien & Gere Engineers Inc., where they were responsible for corporate branding, innovation, and strategic growth. Jim also worked at Parsons for a significant period, serving as the Senior Vice President in various divisions such as Communications Technology and Industrial. Earlier in their career, Jim held several management positions at Browning-Ferris Industries, including Assistant District Manager and Wastewater Treatment Manager.
Jim Kyles attended the University at Buffalo from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Jim then pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from 1984 to 1992. In 2002, Jim obtained a certificate in Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School. In 2008, they completed a certificate program in Berry Outdoor Leadership Development at Berry College.
