Prior to this, Clare held various roles at AMS and Resource Solutions, where Clare was involved in global supplier management, resourcing strategy, and client services. Clare has a strong background in workforce management and recruitment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Clare also has experience in team leadership and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
