Lori Nelson

Lori Nelson is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Park Avenue Armory. Lori has over 10 years of experience working in the entertainment industry as a proofreader and copy editor. Prior to their current position, Lori worked at Creative Impact Agency, where they designed proofreading tests and managed the company's social media campaigns. Lori has also worked freelance during awards seasons for Allied Integrated Marketing, proofreading and editing materials for movies, television, and theatre. In their previous position as Senior Proofreader at John Hancock Funds Inc, they were responsible for proofreading and editing financial documents. Lori is a highly skilled proofreader and copy editor with a keen eye for detail.

Lori Nelson has a Master of Arts in Theatre Education from Emerson College, a Bachelor of Science in Magazine from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, and certification from the Massachusetts Department of Education in Initial License, Teacher of Theater, All Levels K-12 and the California Department of Education in Preliminary Single Subject Teaching Credential - English.
