Previously, Glen held the role of Service Delivery Executive at ASI Government from August 2005 to March 2017 and worked as a Senior Manager and Acquisition Consultant at the Defense Acquisition University from August 2000 to July 2005, where responsibilities included serving as Department Chair for Acquisition Business management courses. Glen's early career included project management at ACM SPO Wright-Patterson AFB from 1985 to 1990. Glen earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from Troy University from 1976 to 1979.
