Rony Guimarães

Rony Guimarães possesses extensive experience in technical support and training, currently serving as an Instrutor de treinamento at Seventh since November 2021, where responsibilities include preparing and delivering online training, evaluating learner progress, and maintaining up-to-date training materials. Prior roles include technical support positions at Seventh and Organização Social Pará 2000, where Rony provided user support on hardware and software issues, managed knowledge bases, and handled system manipulations.
