Lauren Ennis

Lauren Ennis is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Volunteer Crew member at Severn Area Rescue Association since February 2020. At Pobl Group, where employment began in October 2006, Lauren has held various roles including Learning and Development Facilitator, Team Manager for Intensive Support Packages, and Positive Behaviour Management ABMU Associate Trainer. Responsibilities include developing and delivering a variety of training courses and managing support services for adults with complex needs. Lauren holds a BTEC in Positive Behaviour Support from Crosskeys College and has also completed education at Caldicot Comprehensive School and other institutions.
