Daniel E. Groselle

Daniel Groselle is Chief Executive Officer of Contract Operations, a role he assumed after the merger of Inframark and ESG Operations in October 2021. In a career that spans more than 37 years, Mr. Groselle Cofounded ESG and spent the last 20 years leading the effort to build the company into one of the largest and most respected utility operations and maintenance companies in North America. Prior to this he spent nearly two decades with CH2M Hill (now Jacobs Engineering) as a leader in their O&M division. Mr. Groselle has been closely involved in the planning, design, construction, and operation of over 200 water and wastewater facilities for both municipal and private-sector clients. Additionally, he has extensive experience in planning, designing, implementing, and operating effluent and biosolids reuse and disposal systems for municipal and industrial treatment and processing facilities. He received his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Engineering from the University of Georgia and is a registered Professional Engineer.
