Andy Reid

Andy Reid has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Andy has worked as a Learning Lead at Severn Trent, where they have held various roles focusing on talent development and leadership development. Prior to this, Andy was the Head of Talent Development at Howserv. Andy has also worked at Marston's PLC, where they were responsible for leadership and management development, talent development, and management development. Andy has experience as a Learning and Development Specialist at Sanctuary Group and HFC Bank.

Andy Reid received a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD in 2008. In 2012 to 2013, Reid pursued a Leadership & Management Diploma at CMI. In 2014, they completed an Insights Discovery Accreditation at Insights Discovery and also attained a Level 5 Project Management degree from CMI.
