Maria Novokshenova is a Senior Manager at Severstal, with a focus on expertise and partnerships development in the Energy sector. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Lead Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for over a decade, specializing in the O&G downstream sector in Russia/CIS. Maria also has experience as a Senior Analyst and Analyst within the Energy Practice Group, focusing on the oil & gas sector in the same region. Maria obtained a post-graduate study degree in international economics from State University of Management and a Master's degree in economics from Bashkir State University.
