Emma Thurston

Emma Thurston is an experienced children's intern currently serving at Sevier Heights Baptist Church since April 2019. Prior to this role, Emma worked as an after school attendant at The Kids Place Inc. from August 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included organizing daily attendance, coordinating snack time, and engaging with elementary-aged students. Emma also gained experience as a summer program attendant with the City of Kingsport in 2018, developing schedules and leading games for children. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which was completed in 2021, following education at Dobyns-Bennett High School from 2013 to 2017.
