Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sevillo Fine Foods since March 2021, Olang previously held significant leadership roles at 24 Carrots Catering and Events as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Chef, overseeing extensive culinary operations and managing a large staff. Olang's earlier experience includes roles as Corporate Chef at Haliburton International Foods, Private Chef at Hawkeye Ranch, and Executive Sous Chef at Patina Restaurant Group. Olang holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu, completed in 2005.
