Charles Phipps

Charles Phipps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and investment sectors. Since 2008, Charles has served as Partner Emeritus at Sevin Rosen Funds, contributing to the firm's strategic vision. Prior to this, Charles held the position of Staff Vice President at Texas Instruments from 1957 to 1986, where responsibilities included marketing and business development, as well as strategic development for the Integrated Circuit Program. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Institute of Technology and has furthered education at Harvard Business School.
