Amy Montenegro has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, staffing, and recruitment. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Sevita. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at PruittHealth from 2020 to 2023. Amy has also worked at Hilton as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Hotel Operations Americas, where they were responsible for creating recruitment strategies and processes to attract exceptional talent for hotels in the US and Caribbean/Latin America region. Amy owned and managed Specialty Staffing Resources, a professional staffing firm, from 2007 to 2013. Before that, they were the Director of Recruitment at Avant Healthcare Professionals and the Area Managing Director at Accounting Principals. Amy's experience includes developing recruitment strategies, managing teams, and overseeing marketing and sales efforts.
